Electrosmog and electrosensitivity, what can you do about it
Electrosmog is gradually becoming a very big problem. Many people suffer from radiation in the house and walk around with vague complaints and have no idea that this can sometimes be caused by radiation from GSM, WiFi, cordless telephones, high voltage cables or just 110 / 230 V, etc.
Agitation, feeling electrified, behavioral changes, headaches, poor sleep are just a few symptoms that can be caused by this. Electrohypersensitivity, also called electrosensitivity, can be a consequence.
Electrosmog is radiation from power lines and electrical / electronic devices
Think of high-voltage cables, GSM masts, WiFi, DECT, but also the ordinary 110 / 230 V at home
Electronic measuring equipment is used to measure electrosmog
If the measured value is too high, measures must be taken
An increasing number of people become hypersensitive to electrosmog and experience serious complaints
Electrosensitives already react to low levels of radiation, even if it is far below the standard!
Low-frequency electric fields and high-frequency radiation can be shielded
Low-frequency magnetic fields, on the other hand, are very difficult to shield
and had the feeling that there was some panic…
as if there was an awareness of what was about to happen.
This morning I woke up at 10 am… instead of half past seven.
The house feels very light, I feel cheerful and energetic.
Normally I grab right away but my blossoms but not now,
I want to feel what’s different now.
In any case, it already feels better for me than most therapies
or consultations I have undergone.
Many thanks Marcel”

It was a very special and beautiful day.
So much has happened and changed.
The first night of sleeping together in the changed bedroom went well.
Feels good together again.
This morning I spontaneously started singing after getting up.
Max (the dog) is calmer!”

Electrosmog at home
Electrosmog is a term that is used to indicate negative radiation in the house of a technical (non-natural) nature. Examples of sources include: cell phones, cell towers, WiFi, cordless telephone (DECT), radar (aircraft, military, shipping), power pylons, transformers, computer, microwave oven, induction hobs, radio alarm clocks, etc.

The “smog” part indicates that it concerns harmful radiation, it has a negative effect on our health and well-being in our home.

Most people are not consciously bothered by radiation from mobile phones, cell towers, WiFi, DECT or computers, etc., but some of the people are very sensitive to this, it is clear to them what the cause of their problems. But many people have vague complaints but have no idea that these could be caused by electrosmog.
Measuring radiation in house
Most people do not or hardly realize the influence of electrosmog on them and have no idea what the high-frequency radiation and the electricity around them do to them. The measurements during the home survey are therefore generally a real eye-opener for my clients.
In addition to the dowsing rod, I use various electronic measuring equipment to measure radiation in the house (I have almost complete equipment from a residential biologist, by the way). My background as an electrical engineer comes in handy here.

What continues to amaze me when I come across people where others have been before me, is that they either didn’t measure at all, or measured in places that matter less.
But it is not measured where it is most important. Unfortunately, this also applies to people who sell themselves as electrosmog specialists or residential biologists or the like.
And to be honest, that’s a pretty sad observation… I mean, yes, a meter cabinet containing the Wi-Fi, the smart meters and of course the regular 110 / 230V, the values there are always much too high. But I don’t assume that people sleep in the meter cabinet! Yet I regularly see reports with these kinds of nonsense measurements.
What electro-sensitivity is
Some people are so sensitive to electrosmog that they are characterized as being electrosensitive. These people react from minimal load, even if this is 10x, 100x, or even more, below the official standards or even below the standards for residential biologists (SBM-2015, Standard der Baubiologische Messtechnik).

What makes you electro-sensitive
You can become electrosensitive during a period when your resistance is low, for whatever reason (e.g. illness), and there is exposure to radiation of a technical nature. This sensitivity is often of a permanent nature, this usually has to do with a permanently low resistance.
Characteristic of electrosensitives are problems from neck to head, including problems with the thyroid gland, migraine, continuous respiratory infections, etc.
If you are electrosensitive, I can give you advice on what you can do to reduce your sensitivity.
Shielding electrosmog
Electrosmog can be shielded by placing a material that blocks the electromagnetic radiation (electric field and magnetic field).
However, low-frequency magnetic fields are practically impossible to shield, if at all, because there is no really adequate shielding material. Also so-called Mu-metal has only a limited effect.
The best advice is then to keep as much distance as possible from the source of these low-frequency magnetic fields.

The first picture shows what the radiation of GSM cell towers looks like. The beam with 100% power hits the ground approximately 300m from the mast.
If the mast is just in the direction of your house and you are in this hotspot beam, this will certainly lead to complaints.
Unfortunately, I sometimes come across this situation… Here only solid shielding helps, such as with special paint, in the next photo, with considerable costs, or moving…
Avoiding electrosmog

In this modern world you will never be able to completely avoid the radiation of electrosmog, if you also want to go somewhere other than your possibly fully shielded home. This is unfortunately a fact.
Did you know that most radiation is caused by things we have in our house? Think of: WiFi, DECT telephone, mobile telephone, etc. By turning these off you avoid the greatest load.

By the way, have you noticed that on TV in new series and programs the mobile is no longer held to the ear, but is always on the loudspeaker and is held in the hand in front of the body? Why do you think that is?
Mobile phone radiation in the head.
Swedish research has found a very clear correlation between tumors in the head and being left or right-handed in people….
