Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered and provided by Mareem, Marcel Overeem, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Services are provided only after personal contact and verbal or written agreement. No direct sales occur through the website.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are agreed upon in advance. Payment must be made prior to the execution of the service via bank transfer to the provided account.

4. Cancellation

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund is only possible if the service has not yet commenced. No refund is possible for services already started unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

Mareem is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the privacy policy.

7. Governing Law

All contracts are governed by Dutch law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the location of Mareem.
